Visitors and customers in the United Kingdom and Europe
Craxel UK Ltd is the contracting entity for many customers in the United Kingdom and Europe and is the data controller for personal information arising from those relationships. Craxel UK Ltd complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies. Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Craxel, Inc. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable.
Subject to conditions in the applicable legislation, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to direct marketing at any time.
