Export Control Statement

Craxel software products are subject to the export control laws of various jurisdictions, including without limitation the laws of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

In accordance with the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Craxel products have been self-classified as ECCN 5D992.c. This classification may be subject to change without notice.

For the United Kingdom, Craxel products fall outside the UK Strategic Export Control Lists and are therefore classified as No Licence Required (NLR).

Craxel products are still deemed dual-use and may require an export licence if exported to a person, entity or country appearing on any applicable national or international sanctions list.

Customers and partners are responsible for complying with all applicable export control and sanctions laws when they receive, use, transfer, re-export or provide access to Craxel products, including where access is provided to individuals located in, or who are nationals of, restricted destinations. Screening of end users, end uses and destinations remains the responsibility of the exporting party.
